The basis of any beer, these malts have excellent enzymatic potential. Essential in the mash conversion. These are the workhorses of the mash, the ultimate source of your fermentable sugars, enzymes and nitrogenous compounds required for producing excellent beer. Try them individually or mix them up to create something unique to you.
You can specify the exact amount of malt you wish to purchase in grams (minimum order is 100g) but there is a minimum charge of £1.00 per malt to cover weighing and bagging costs.
To save plastic waste, please indicate in the ‘Order Notes’ at Checkout if you would like all your malts in one bag. If not, we will bag them separately.
