This classic Brut IPA has big ideas. It’s a beer that emulates champagne by being fermented to a low, dry gravity level but is highly carbonated to give it that champagne vibe. A very simple grain bill is complemented by dry hopping using Hallertauer Mittlefrueh and Nelson Sauvin hops that gives a superior finish and aroma. With an ABV of 6.6%, this quality beer really does have an ‘Air of Arrogance’
This beer comes with AMG enzyme to attenuate the beer down to it’s super low FG.
