A collaboration between Big Skies and Brew Day. Taking their already belting Not For Profit RIS and turning up the winter heat. Sticky toffee pudding, all dressed up and ready to party. Dates, tonka beans, toffee and a malt bill to suit. Comes with 2 packets of Nottingham yeast for a successful fermentation.
The Brewery
Born during the lockdown of 2020, Big Skies Brewing Company is Lincolnshire’s newest and smallest commercial brewery. It was created to deliver exceptional beer by blending traditional methods with modern day equipment. We brew our beers with only the finest and freshest ingredients, sourced locally wherever possible. We strive to brew honest beers without the need for freezing or pasteurising, resulting in products that are driven by quality not profit.

This has turned out superb.
I’m letting it age for as long as I can, however as we all do I try a little taster every month or so.
After the first month there was a slightly strange taste from the “Toffee Flavouring“, however after month 2 this is starting to mellow and the flavours are really coming through, especially the dates.
Looking forward to month 3 & 4 if I can wait that long, should be good for Christmas.
Easy to brew and good to follow instructions and ingredients list.
Looking forward to purchasing again.
