The Beer
As the winter months draw in our thoughts turn to cosy evenings and a warming tipple or two. This Black Forest Gateau stout provides respite from the seasonal chill. Expect an unctuous mouth feel with the flavours of a classic winter dessert. Sour cherry puree and cacao nibs sit well with the roasted chocolate malt bill and lactose addition. Light the fire, pour yourself a glass and banish those winter blues.
The Brewery
Whilst not strictly a brewery the team behind Brew Day have been keen home brewers and drinkers for longer than they care to remember. Running a home brew shop has it’s advantages when it comes to trying out new recipes.
