Description
The Beer
A simple malt bill allows the Citra hops to shine through on this quaffable pale ale. Weighing in at a session strength of 4.7%, this recipe is perfect for beginners and seasoned brewers alike. A hop stand step and dry hopping increases the impact of this impressive hop variety.
The Brewery
Whilst not strictly a brewery the team behind Brew Day have been keen home brewers and drinkers for longer than they care to remember. Running a home brew shop has it’s advantages when it comes to trying out new recipes. When not at work time is enjoyed visiting local breweries for a gossip, a beer and to pick up techniques and recipes we can implement on a home brew level to share with you.

Very simple make if you can dry hop simply enough and doesn’t need temp control to ferment, tastes great and good value will look to make and stock this more often.
