The Beer
The blend of 4 hops in this beer create notes of orange blossoms and pine. Light gold in colour and with a west coast bitterness. This is a satisfying pale that keeps you coming back for more! A special house secret blend of two yeasts are used in this recipe.
The Brewery
Owner of Totally Brewed, Rob, was a home-brewer for 7 years and has a Masters in Microbiology. After winning a home brew competition with this very recipe he decided to bite the bullet and go professional. His journey hasn’t always been plain sailing, but with a lot of determination Totally brewed has become one of Nottingham’s most successful outfits.

This made a really good beer and very close to what the original is like. I did mess up at one point but at no fault to the kits instructions. It was me pressing ahead too quickly and had to reboil to get the correct volume. But I’d already added the hop stand hops 🤣 ahh well a great kit
