Terms and Conditions
General
The competition organisers are Let’s Beer and Brew Day.
The organisers reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
The organisers’ decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Entering the competition
Entrants must complete a registration form and pay the entry fee(s) to enter. Submission of the entry form indicates your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
Any entry that is late, incomplete or inappropriate will be deemed invalid at the discretion of the competition organisers.
Entries that are not paid for by Sunday 9th June will be invalid.
The competition organisers will not take responsibility for any technical failures that may result in any entry being lost, broken in the post, or not properly registered. No responsibility will be taken for damaged or lost entries.
The competition is restricted to the first 100 entries.
All entries must be received by 26th June. Any received after this date may not be entered into the competition.
The Prizes
The use of specific brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
Contacting the winners
The organisers will make two attempts to contact the winner via email/telephone. If the winner does not respond to two attempts to inform them of their win within 14 days of the second attempt, they forfeit their right to the prize, and the organisers reserves the right to select and notify a new winner. The winner will allow 14 days for the Grainfather prize to be delivered, otherwise alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.
Data Protection and Publicity
By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information that you provide will be used by Let’s Beer for the purposes of administering the Hop Idol competitions. Your personal information will not be used in any other way unless you opt in.
All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing letsbeer.uk@gmail.com
The names of the winners will be published on Brew Day and sponsors websites/social media channels.
Limitation of Liability
Brew Day and Let’s Beer accept no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
