It allows you to make normal table wine or high alcohol schnapps and liqueurs simply by changing the amount of sugar you use.
There are 18 recipes for you to enjoy and easy to follow instructions. It also gives you guidance on how to substitute different fruits if you don’t have enough of your particular favourite!
