The Beer
This is a turbot (pun intended) charged version of a black forest gateaux milk stout. 200g of cacao nibs, cherry puree and vodka extracted vanilla pods. Designed and brewed with local nano brewery Grump Fish Brew Co. This has gone down a storm in pubs and in cans across the midlands. Using our chef skills we have infused the vanilla pods in a vodka solution using a chamber vacuum sealer. This saves you the bother of soaking at home! This Michelin style technique works well for beer applications. At brew day we are always looking at science to elevate beer!
