The Beer
A very drinkable American Amber Ale, brewed with a combination of classic American and new-world hops, complimented by a strong malt base, delivering subtle flavours of bread and biscuit, with a lasting bitter finish of modern hop flavour and aroma.

Local home-brewer Tom Burwood Ansell consistently produces top quality beers and is generous enough to bring in samples to us at Brew Day. Weyermann Caramunich II — Grain — 124 EBC
Weyermann Munich I — Grain — 15 EBC
Crisp Brown Malt — Grain — 135 EBC
Crisp Low Colour Chocolate Malt — Grain — 550 EBC
Centennial, Simcoe and Nelson hop pellets
