Description
Castle Malting® Château Buckwheat malt is used in the production of gluten-free beer, although Château Buck wheat malt may contain traces of other malt grains containing gluten. This malt brings a nutty and malty flavour to beers and can also be used in specialty beers to add a rich and deep tone.
*Buckwheat malt has no diastatic power.*
