Harry Brudini Thiol NEIPA The Beer Showcasing WHC Labs Hop sweet release yeast and Phantasm powder in this thiol releasing beer. This yeast strain releases the bound thiols naturally present in wort and contributes to a more powerful aroma including notes of mango, guava, passionfruit and white wine notes. Used in conjunction with the Phantasm powder and mash hopping creates a tropical medley you can’t escape from. So take a Deep breath, jump right in and unlock the future of hop forward beer!
