Description
The Beer
An expertly crafted beer in collaboration with Florean from Tiley’s Brewery. We started with a combination of pilsner and wheat as a base, and added a whole gamut of our favourite hops from Europe and the Americas. We fermented with a blend of Belgian and East coast American yeast aiming for our favourite aspects of both. The result is a wonderfully fruity, dry, malty IPA with a slight spice element combined with bubblegum and tropical fruit elements from the combo of hops and yeast. This is not one to be missed.
The Brewery
Liquid Light Brewing Company was born out of a passion for beer and music. They produce modern craft beer in keg, cask and cans.
After a couple of years cuckoo brewing, we found a home of their own and now have a 12bbl brewhouse and tap room in Nottingham.
Their ethos has always been to produce the beer we want to drink, and hopefully you’ll enjoy it too!
