Shiny Brewery – Praise The Sun DIPA 8.1%

If you like your beers big and shiny, we have the brew for you. Continuing our pursuit of bringing you beer kits from the best East Midlands breweries, we are delighted to have Praise The Sun DIPA from Shiny Brewery (https://www.shinybrewing.com) on our books. Weighing in at 8.1% and including over 1/2 a kilo of hops, this 23 litre kit isn’t a beer for the faint-hearted. Columbus, Cashmere, Citra, Idaho 7 and Sabro hops pack more punch than a solar flare. Backed up with a protein rich malt bill. On yeast duty is WHC Labs Sanders. Expect big bold tropical flavours, plenty of haze and a thick sumptuous mouth feel.  We are so proud of this beer and proud to offer kit as an all-grain kit. As with all our kits an appropriately size yeast pitch is included. 33g for the 23l variant and 16.5g for the 11.5l
