The Brewery
Back in 2017 the lads behind Bang The Elephant had the idea of starting a brewery! They began brewing on a grainfather brewing system for the first year, learning whatever they could and gaining feedback from friends and family along the way, even double brews just to fill one cask to send off to beer festivals to start getting some feedback.
In 2019 they were presented with an amazing opportunity to move into the Abstract Jungle Brewery and purchase it under the expert guidance of Mr Simon King (the head brewer) which brought them to where they are today.
If you’re an aspiring pro brewer then testing your mettle with this kit is a must. These guys make some cracking beers and getting the recipe to Clam Chowda is a real privilege. One day you could be getting untappd reviews like Bang The Elephant.
