Description
The Beer
Expect layers of dried fruit, toffee, soft spice, and a warming strength. It pours a deep ruby-brown with a lasting off-white head and becomes more magical with a few weeks (or months) of ageing.
This kit is built around Sam’s personal Belgian Dark Strong Ale recipe—a brew he’s perfected through countless batches, tweaks, and “just one more taste tests.” Now, he’s trusted us to bring his creation to the Brew Day community!
Brew it for special occasions, cold nights, or simply because you want a beer crafted by someone who understands Belgian styles on a deeper level.
The Brewery
Sam — Belgian-beer obsessive and the kind of brewer who can wax lyrical about esters for longer than most of us can hold a fermentation temperature. When Sam shared this recipe with us, we knew instantly it had to be featured: a love letter to classic Belgian brewing, wrapped up in a beautifully balanced, intensely characterful ale.
