Roasted malts add a roasted coffee flavour and richness The higher colours and stronger flavours of roasted malts are a result of the same Maillard chemistry that forms the deliciously intense aromas and colour of roast coffee, or the delicate biscuit taste in a beautifully baked fresh loaf of bread.
You can specify the exact amount of malt you wish to purchase in grams (minimum order is 100g) but there is a minimum charge of £1.00 per malt to cover weighing and bagging costs.
To save plastic waste, please indicate in the ‘Order Notes’ at Checkout if you would like all your malts in one bag. If not, we will bag them separately.
